Bella M saved the day. After beginning to think the whole process of booking a holiday with Luxury Escapes was a nightmare as I was constantly having to phone through with requests for confirmation of my bookings and getting said e-mails from personal accounts as nothing was reaching me. Bella upon my last request to get confirmation of our insurance discovered that our e-mail had been entered incorrectly.
Well done her. All staff that I spoke with were excellent but only Bella sorted the problem.
