I have used luxury escapes a few times in the past and they have been wonderful. My partner and I recently just booked our next trip in July to Thailand. I have had the pleasure to be helped by Bella M. She has been very helpful with possibly upgrade options as well as contacting our hotel regarding special requests. She has been very prompt with replies and communicating clearly. Highly recommend!
