Good Day!
This is Iqbal, one of your clients from a long time now.
Recently, With one of the booked escapes, I had messed up with the dates unknowingly and got in trouble as the dates got passed. I could be at a huge loss and could end up deleting by whole trip.
I found out that the escape got over as it was a NO SHOW.
I was so shocked and requested LE team to look into. That too on a Sunday morning.
Special mention - “Bella M”.
I explained the whole scenario to Bella. Stating that honest mistake of mine (changed the dates as well as Month*)
She listened carefully and requested me to be calm and positive.
In the meantime she followed up every alternate day (email or call).
Cut to Day 4-5, I just got an email from her stating that she convinced the Resort and now I am having that same booking again.
And my plan is in place now.
All thanks to LE team, specially Bella.
Few take aways:
1) LE gives better rates, inclusions and even better dates to choose from.
Trust me when I say this, as I am quite active in using Booking.com and Agoda.com.
2) I have an immense respect to your Support Team. I got a couple of calls on the same day I raised the concern.
Hats Off!
3) I quite like your extra effort where you suggest the nearby places (tourist attractions), cabs facilities, ferries, theme parks etc.
4) I am from India and I am happy to say that I find your escapes quite attractive (both domestic and international)

Obviously there was a mistake from my end but still you made it work.
