We have been dealing with Madison G from the support team during a stressful time in cancelling our trip to Singapore. This was a last minute cancelation due to my husband's injury and inability to fly. Madison has been very helpful and efficient liaising with the hotel and successfully obtaining a refund for us for this we are very grateful.
