Danielle was fantastic! We wanted to change dates for an upcoming trip so she contacted the hotel to follow this up for us. We were kept in the loop throughout the entire process and the outcome was favourable thanks to her. Will definitely rebook with Luxury Escapes knowing they have staff like Danielle.
