A recent Holiday package booked early October which turned sour after JETSTAR cancelled the flight ✈️ and re booked on flights that didn't match our accommodation.
A lot of time spent by your staff attempting to co-ordinate flights/accommodation was finally resolved. Special thanks to Paul (flights) and Gavin (Accommodation) for co-ordinating the booking, and also Lesley and Taylor initiated the enquiry, achieving a positive outcome.
Hopefully our trip to Phuket goes without a hitch.
