Danielle P. from customer service was awesome. There was an error made when booking and our reservation date was incorrect. One call to Danielle ad she handled the problem expertly and canceled/re-booked the correct reservation date and even saved me $50 to boot! Anyone can look good when everything is perfect, but an organization's true colors come out when there is a challenge/problem. This hiccup was handled smoothly. Three cheers for Danielle and Luxury Escapes!
