Lisa B was extremely empathetic and helpful when I requested a cancellation refund just days before my booking at Bunker Bay. Lisa was aware that I had only recently booked the trip and as I became unwell just days before, she was very understanding of how very disappointed I was to have to cancel. Fortunately I did cancel, as later that day I tested Positive for COVID. Lisa promptly followed up with Pullman Bunker Bay and contacted me to confirm a full cash refund. After this experience I would not hesitate to book through Luxury Escapes again and will continue to recommend to friends. Thank you
