My initial Luxury Escapes was not good. My accommodation had been cancelled unbeknownst to me and communications were going to an email i have never used.. I rang the luxury escapes number to check in on my holiday and was lucky to get Lisa B answering my call. She helped navigate the issue that had occurred and the multiple issues that followed with booking alternative accommodation. She also resolved the issues i had had with email communications and ensured i received all the documents with phone call follow ups and emails. My star rating is not for Luxury escapes organisation but for Lisa B. Her professionalism, care, attention to detail is to be applauded and was highly valued by me and I'm sure many other customers.
