I was particularly pleased with the customer service provided by Gavin. I had made hotel bookings initially but then tried to follow up with a query to clarify the check in time. I found it rather frustrating to have a different person respond by email on each follow up but fortunately finally made contact with Gavin and he promptly assisted and called back as requested, to make sure that all had proceeded smoothly. He was extremely courteous and efficient and I was relieved to have his assistance, which provided some continuity.
