I rang Luxury Escapes on the off chance that I could maybe still used an expired escape. Mitch R was extremely helpful and to my delight was able to get a refund credited to my account. It was such a relief for me as I am now ready to book my escape package. Mitch suggested if I was ready to book he could put me straight through to sales who would help me. Jasmine in sales was also extremely helpful, helped rebook the accommodation package and also airport transfers for me. Both these staff members were polite, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
