I was so stressed about potentially losing a booking I had made for the Mother’s Day weekend, as my mother has been called in to go in for surgery two days prior. Mitchell R was so helpful - nothing was too much trouble. He contacted the hotel on a number of occasions and managed to change the booking for me. Now my mum has something to look forward to.
