Lisa B was absolutely amazing to myself and my family today. I was very stressed as there was an issue with my booking. She phoned me and kept me constantly in the loop and then followed up again. As a manager of over 70 staff myself, Lisa is an absolute asset to your team. Her customer services skills are excellent.
