Lisa B was very efficient, professional and personable in trying to help me resolve my issue. I would like to add that I don’t think it is a good business practice for you to advertise on your websites to “secure this deal with 20% deposit”, but then charge the full amount on someone’s credit card as a default. The default should be the 20% charged at the time of booking and if someone chooses to charge the full amount, that should require an extra step.
