Tammie R was my consultant today - and as with all LE staff she was great - however, we had a technical problem with the Credit Card and Tammie ensured she followed up and continued following up and that all was fixed and completed without me needing to make any additional calls. I know sometimes you need to wait a while to get through - but I would prefer that and have highly professional staff that provide true customer service - well done!
