Yesterday I rang LE to inquire about 2 bookings which I had recently made but were not appearing on my account. Although initially a bit baffled himself, eventually Mohamad A was able to shed light on the problem and he found the bookings and resent them to me.to me. Mohamad was most accommodating and patient as we worked our way through the problem. Great customer service. Thank you Mohamad A!
