I booked accommodation in Sydney and was not able to ascertain whether parking was available at the specific location. I rang LE and spoke with Mohamad A. He could not answer my immediate question but advised that he would research and respond to me. He did and provided an answer within a few hours. He even went further to inform me of local Wilson Parking arrangements. Mohamad was very helpful and extremely courteous. Thank you.
