Thank you Luxury Escapes for the outstanding service we received by your agent Vynka. We missed our connecting flight with Qantas and within minutes Vynka had everything sorted. Contacted our hotel and rearranged our island transfers, supplied us with an insurance letter to help with refund. We have now made it to the resort and having the best time. What could have been a stressful matter was made much more easier thanks to Vynka.
