Gregory W was very helpful in resolving an issue which arose just prior to us leaving for our holiday at Palm Cove. He didn't hesitate to do what needed to be done and contacted us as soon as he had completed the task. We have used Luxury Escapes in previous years and found the offers for long or short breaks have been ideal and good value for money. Coupled with staff who are polite and efficient, I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who takes up an advertised holiday offer.
