Luxury Escapes on the whole has always been easy to deal with, we changed the dates of our travel package with ease and any time I've called for support I have received great help, fast. No time wasted sitting on hold, I was put through straight away. Natasha was very lovely to deal with over the phone, and helped me with exactly what I needed.
