Mitch R provided exceptional customer experience. Mitch clarified our enquiry ensuring that our needs were met while in Phuket Thailand in May 2023. Sadly the 3rd party provider ICS Travel were not as efficient or professional as the Luxury Escapes Customer Service Team. The VIP Premier Lounge and fast track experience at Phuket airport was anything but as the experience description detailed. No meet and greet or fast track through security and immigration. The lounge area had no air conditioning, very limited food selection, no cold drinks & very dirty toilet facilities. We literally signed in and walked out. Best to remain in the International Airport terminal find a bar that serves food and soak up the atmosphere.
