We had an extremely satisfying experience with the Luxury Escapes Team, in particular Lisa B. We had an issue with an upcoming booking we had made, where we needed to add another day to our hotel stay. Lisa assured us she could help with this even though the original package was no longer available. Lisa managed to cancel and rebook to include our extra day with same pricing and inclusions as the original package and we are just so grateful. Thank you so much Lisa!
