I recently had a severe fraud problem with a mytrips organization. They were holding my flights hostage....told me that my booking was cancelled, yet did not cancel it with the airline so I could do nothing and was very leery that this company would cancel my flights while I was in a foreign country so I would be stranded. I contacted luxury escapes about my problem and asked if they could ask my resort if they would change my reservation dates. They did this for me within one day and received a favorable answer! Great customer service! Thank you guys!
