I had accidentally booked the wrong days for our holiday and I had troubles getting through to customer service so I emailed and explained the whole situation and put the right days in and Eric H fixed the whole thing for me within hours of sending it and just emailed when it was all completed I was completely freaking out and so was my husband but honestly book with luxury escapes because there customer service team is actually amazing if you can’t get through to them send an email and they will sort it all out for you Thanks again Eric H you saved our holiday will book again and will add flights to trip I have already booked!
