We booked our first family overseas holiday in Feb this year and were provided with excellent assistance by Rowah E - with regard to our special circumstances. She was knowledgable, patient & warm - we were extremely excited about our holiday. Unfortunately, my husbands health deteriorated unexpectedly in March (now a paraplegic) and with deep regret we had to cancel our holiday. Bella M has handled our cancellation quickly & compassionately and Fraser is currently assisting us with obtaining a refund from the airline.
