I had booked a Lux escape but needed to change it after finding out that the resort couldn't accommodate 2 x single beds in the villa I'd chosen. The response from Bella M was quick and efficient and a change to my booking was made with little fuss. Subsequent emails were also answered quickly.
I've used Luxury Escapes a few times now and have always been very happy with the service and the holidays themselves.
