We had to cancel our booking at Bellarine Peninsula Resort at the last minute due to illness. Brooke took my call and when I explained my situation, she immediately offered to call the resort to see if they would allow us to postpone our visit despite being outside the cancellation period. I was thrilled when Brooke called with the news that they had converted the package to a "Buy Now Book Later" package valid until January 2024. We will certainly be booking with Luxury Estates again!
