We unfortunately had to cancel our trip as we got covid. The luxury escapes team namely Will, Lisa and Caroline who booked our holiday initially to the subsequent cancellation and refund of our trip were amazing. Exceptional customer service. This was the first instance of using luxury escapes and the professional manner that all our queries were addressed in we looking forward to booking our next holiday in the not too distant future.
