I rang Luxury Escaped today as I was concerned about our reservation in Bali. I spoke to a lovely lady named Vynka who was extremely pleasant. She offered to speak to the hotel in Bali and got back to me within a very short time to confirm that all was well. It was a pleasure dealing with someone so efficient and willing to help.
