I phoned Luxury Escapes and dealt with Bipin k. He was marvellous. I initially phoned just to obtain e-mail address to communicate with accommodation re airport pickup. Bipin very kindly offered to contact accommodation for me. When he corresponded with the accommodation he kept me in the loop as to what was happening which I really appreciated. Plus he also contacted the accommodation for my friends I am travelling with and also kept them in the loop and well informed. Bipin k is an asset to Luxury Escapes.
