We had been gifted a Luxury Escapes High Tea at Melbourne Botanical Gardens for two.
Many attempts to book date and time "on line" had failed due to the web page "freezing" at the critical time. I contacted Support and was fortunate to encounter Lisa B. This lady was sympathetic, efficient and charming in the way she fixed our problem. Well done Lisa and well done LE for having the good sense to employ her.
