Hi. We had left it quite late to book dates for a couple of offers we had purchased. When trying to book myself online, the periods for our hotel were all 'sold out'. I rang and was fortunate to get "Lisa B.". She managed to get me a booking for the period in question. The next day I realised I had a previous engagement for one of the days and needed to change my dates. Surprisingly, I miraculously got Lisa B. again, and she managed to alter it gor me.
