I phoned Luxury Escapes to enquire about qantas frequent flyer points being applied to the holidays I have booked. The consultant explained that not all holidays attracted points and looked into the holidays I have booked. Unfortunately they were not eligible but the customer service was excellent and the explanation provided clear and helpful. Always a pleasure to deal with Luxury Escapes.
