I needed to change a booking only a couple of days before it was due. Kam R made immediate contact with the hotel on my behalf. Unfortunately the hotel could not accommodate the change. Kam followed up with me straight away with some options. He couldn't have been more helpful and the quick responses were great. I was most impressed with Kam R and very grateful for his willing assistance. His customer service is exemplary.
