We have had a booking with Luxury Escapes since 2019, just about when COVID raised it's ugly head. LE have been extremely helpful in ensuring our booking remains valid and have made every effort to assist in making this trip happen. Kam R was our last contact person from LE and he made all the necessary changes (primary contact details, emails to the hotel for accommodation and transfers etc.) and his customer service was exemplary. He confirmed all the details for my daughter and her husband so that their trip to Bali (happening today finally) goes off without a hitch. Thank you Kam for all your help and resting our minds at ease All in all the experience has been an excellent one and we will continue to use this superb platform for all our future vacation needs.
