I had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa B on the phone, Sunday 18th June. We were on the phone for about 45 minutes and she was just so helpful. She even worked through her finish time to ensure my package was booked for me!! I was very grateful because she could've asked a colleague to follow up the booking but instead saw the whole phone call through. Many thanks to get someone who I could fully communicate with and understand. I hope she receives my commendation.
