Luxury Escapes staff Mitch R and Vynka B were both amazing when I enquired about (Mitch R) and followed through (Vynka B) regarding a booking change. Both were very helpful on the phone and were quick to follow up by email.
Was easy to get in touch via the Call back function.
Looking forward to the actual trip now.
