Vynka went above and beyond, helping us to sort out a problem of our making which, in all honesty, Luxury Escapes had no obligation to fix. However, fix it she did, and we're most grateful.
It was so nice to talk to someone with a "let me see how I can sort that for you" attitude. Very happy indeed, and would totally recommend every time :)
