Had a problem with a booking still showing an outstanding balance despite cancelling the accommodation a few weeks ago.
Contacted customer support again as I had no follow up regarding the outcome from my previous contact with Claire
Contacted by Natasha K tonight who updated me on the outcome and explained that the manage my booking screen still displayed a total outstanding but with an invalid collection date so there was a zero balance owing as it should be.
Very helpful and took charge of the issue well done Natasha K.
