I have an existing booking with Luxury Escapes however had not received the two emails outlined in my booking notes. I called and Vynka B took my call. In summary Vynka is a breath of fresh air. She listened, made suggestions, followed up with the two third parties and promised to call me once she received a response which she did in a super timely manner. I did not to need to chase her up at all which I have had to do in the past with various other reps. Vynka is a friendly, professional, thorough and super efficient customer service operator. I was very impressed by the service I received and I could not recommend her enough! Congratulations to management for hiring her! It's not often that one receives such excellent service!
