Excellent customer service. Many thanks to Lisa B. Top quality in every aspect. Listened to my request, progressed it and contacted me with the refund outcome details. We had a great time on our LE short break in New Caledonia , the price was good value and just had this one point to resolve. All other aspects were great and we will definitely use LE again.
