I was so very happy with my service. This was my 1st time using Luzury Escapes. Around the 17/6/23 I made a booking for Port Douglas myself online. I then realized that I had to change the dates for a different month. I contacted Luxury Escapes and spoke to a lovely man called Mohamad.A. He spoke very good english and was a gentleman, very happy in his voice nothing was a problem. He was perfect, he tried to get me a great price as I also had booked airline tickets with the 1st booking. Over a couple of days he emailed me to keep me up to date with what he was trying to achieve. I was very impressed with his courtesy and promp reponse. Thankyou, I will use Luxury Escapes again. Anne
