I spoke with Lisa B in regards to adding an extra night to our stay and booking the day for our Field of Lights Tour. She was amazing!! She explained the process of cancelling my current booking and then rebooking to add the extra night, and she put through the request in regards to the tour and told me she would let me know when they got back to her which happened. She was very friendly and knew what she was doing which is fantastic customer service.
