I had to cancel my trip just 2 days before I had to fly out, due to medical reasons. Spoke with Natasha K and she was so helpful and efficient, helping me contact the hotel due to the urgency. She even followed up within the same day and assured me she will be updating me of the progress. I am now given a credit and have a full year to select another holiday.
