Mitch R was fantastic. He helped my family in the final process of booking our holiday as there was an error in our booking. Mitch quickly helped us out and solved the problem straight away. His Customer Service was outstanding, and his patience was appreciated as I had a customer come into our shop as I was discussing the problem with him...Great job Mitch!
