Thanks to me not reading the fine print closely enough, I recently discovered we would get to Koh Samui too late to catch a boat to our booked Luxury Escapes Island resort. This meant we would need to find a hotel for 1 night in Koh Samui and catch a boat the next morning. In other words, forfeiting 1 night of our package I rang Luxury Escapes support and spoke to Tammie R and asked if anything could be done. She quite correctly advised me that this was within the 21 days and as such the hotel could say no. She approached the hotel on our behalf and they agreed to amend the package. This was a great outcome. She rang me back, amended the booking and it is all sorted....Thanks Tammie! This whole trip is made up of 3 Luxury Escape packages back to back. We use them at every possible opportunity when we travel. Deals are grate and support is excellent.
