I have just got off the phone from speaking with Bella M and let me say that this young lady is a real asset to Luxury Escapes. Prior to her returning my call I was getting frustrated because when LE returned my call and asked me to press1 if I still needed to speak with an agent there was no response when I did press 1 and the call was terminated. I found Bella to be both pleasant and efficient,
