Luxury Escapes staff are tremendous. I booked thru Shaun who tied a flight in with an air fare and used Qantas FF points for the Hotel and a Jetstar credit for part payment. Was an easy process. then Josephine S finalized a private limo to our hotel averting a disaster as the limo company did not have our details. Very competentant staff members.
