We had a few issues with incorrect dates upon booking our accommodation and flights to Koh Samui. The two dates were unfortunately booked one month apart in error. However this was finally resolved promptly and professionally by Lisa B. We have made several bookings through LUX Escapes and this is the first time we've encountered a problem. Admittedly this was handled by 2 other consultants prior to Lisa B but she finally resolved this issue for us. Very happy with her service.
