Natasha K was so incredibly helpful after I accidentally booked a trip twice through Luxury Escapes. She listened to my concerns about my mistake and immediately made me feel at ease, explaining how she could resolve the issue. Natasha followed up quickly with an email explaining that the situation had been resolved and how long it may take for my account to be refunded.
